We headed out with the boys for a nice winter's day hunt on the coast in CQ. With mountains, creeks and lantana surrounding us on all sides we headed out in the ute. After losing the dogs over a mountain, Emma and the 2 boys had a long run through the thick to the pig on the other side of the hill. One dog has continues on and found another pig but we could not find him.  He came back 2 hours later and we continued our hunt. This big fella crossed the road in front of us. He wasnt overly worried but once the dogs were up his tail, he tried to blow them off. The dogs got the better of him and caught him only 200 metres from the ute, up on the hill. He decided to head home after those two pigs as the dogs has been going hard for a few days and caught 6 good sized mountain boars.
